Virtual/Zoom

In today's fast-paced, remote-working environment, traditional tools like physical whiteboards and in-person meetings are becoming increasingly obsolete. This 60-minute virtual session is designed to introduce project managers to Miro, a powerful online collaborative whiteboard that can revolutionize the way you manage projects.

You will learn how to navigate Miro and use the foundational features. You will be introduced to the 4 C’s of workshops and collaborative meetings. We will review exercises that you can use on projects, like retrospectives, brainstorming, and prioritizing. I will share Miro templates that you can import directly into your boards. You will also learn a few tips/tricks about effectively facilitating these sessions with your teams.

By the end of the workshop, you'll have the awareness, skills, and templates to leverage Miro to enhance team collaboration, continual improvement, and getting better alignment.

This session is perfect for project managers looking to upgrade their toolkit and stay ahead in the digital age. Release your inner superhero using Miro and some new facilitation skills.
