The PMI WLEC 2024 Spring PDD "2024 Spring PDD - Leaders Doing Their Best Work" will be held on Tuesday, April 9 from 9am to 3pm. This event will be worth 6 PDU's.
Participants will receive:
A list of daily practices and principles to incorporate at work to gain a deeper sense of:
well-being and mental health to overcome burnout,
- Building resilience to maintaining a positive attitude, and
- Respect for their authentic voice.
- Methods on how to take uncomfortable action on advocacy for diversity, equity and inclusion.
- A “P.A.S.S.I.O.N. mindset” when communicating on issues that are often difficult and challenging, that build bridges and connect.
- Steps on how to create an inner circle that supports their greatest work, and how to sponsor, mentor, ally and support others to do their same.

Diana is a former civil rights attorney, founder of the Rise Advocates Academy, International Speaker, Diversity Equity and Inclusion expert, consultant, and author. But most importantly, Diana loves to laugh, dance, stay healthy in mind, body, and spirit, meditates and prays often. Her values are wellness, family, integrity, and service.
